Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods
We offer shipping by United States Parcel Service (USPS) Parcel Post and Priority Mail as well as United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, Second Day Air and Next Day Air to the United States. We also offer shipping by USPS First Class Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International and UPS Air to Canada, Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar and the United Kingdom. If you reside outside of one of those countries or require additional shipping options or help, please send us an email at orders@teach2talk.com or give us a call toll-free at (888) 6-TEACH2TALK (1-888-683-2242).
Timing of Shipments
In most cases your order will be shipped the next business day after placing your order, and if applicable, will arrive at its destination within the timeframe specified by the shipping method you selected (however, please see backorder policy below).
All customers who chose to use (and pay for) an expedited shipping should be aware that your order will generally ship the next business day after it is placed. For example, this means if you select UPS Next Day Air, and place your order on a Monday, your order will usually ship on Tuesday, and arrive on Wednesday (assuming that Tuesday and Wednesday are both business days). It does not mean that an order placed Monday using UPS Next Day Air will arrive Tuesday. We offer expedited shipping because many of our customers request it, but we apologize in advance as we do not offer refunds or partial credits for customers who choose expedited shipping but are dissatisfied because their order did not ship on the same day on which they placed it.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirming shipment to the same email address you used when placing your order. This email will contain instructions on how to track your order.
In addition, after you have received notification that your order has shipped, you can track your order by clicking one of the buttons below.

Backorders
We cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time. If your item is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within two weeks, we will contact you with details of the backorder or a possible substitute item if there is one available. If you have a critical or time-sensitive need, feel free to email us at customerservice@teach2talk.com or to call us toll-free at (800) 769-2092 to ensure your order reaches you as soon as you need it.
We do our best to consolidate orders into the fewest number of shipments so that you are charged the least amount possible for duties and taxes. However, we cannot guarantee that orders with multiple items will ship in one envelope or box.
Shipping to PO Boxes and APO and FPO Boxes
Please note that United Parcel Service (UPS) cannot deliver a package to a PO Box. If you are choosing a UPS shipping method, please be sure to enter a physical street address. Orders being shipped to a military APO or FPO box must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and cannot be shipped via UPS.
Shipping to Canada
We are now able to accept orders from Canadian customers and ship our products to Canada. However, our Canadian customers should be aware that shipping to Canada is expensive. In addition, in accordance with United States federal law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.
We offer three methods of shipping to Canada. Please note that whichever method you choose, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping, including additional processing and handling charges imposed by Canada Post or UPS, as well as all duties imposed by Canada Border Services Agency and all applicable goods and services tax (GST) or harmonized sales tax (HST), and provincial sales tax (PST).
Duties, taxes and additional processing and handling charges will be collected from you by the carrier at the time of delivery on a C.O.D. basis – they will be extra and above what we charge you for your order, and in many cases can be quite expensive. We do not know at the time of order how much those additional processing and handling charges, taxes and/or duties will cost. teach2talk is not accountable for any of these charges, taxes or duties; they are solely your responsibility and acceptance of this is implied when you place an order with us. If for any reason those charges are not paid by you when you receive the order, we will bill back those charges back to you using the same method of payment with which your original order was paid.
Our first two methods of shipping to Canada are via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International (both of which are transferred to Canada Post when your package reaches the border for delivery to you). You will notice that these methods are considerably less expensive than shipping via UPS. However, this is because no (for First Class Mail International) or limited (for Priority Mail International) package tracking method is available, and because both methods are considerably slower than UPS (First Class Mail International takes two to three weeks, sometimes longer, and Priority Mail International typically takes 7 - 10 days, sometimes longer). Canada Post will collect from you at the time of delivery on a C.O.D. basis all duties imposed by Canada Border Services Agency and all applicable goods and services tax (GST) or harmonized sales tax (HST), and provincial sales tax (PST).
Our third method of shipping is via United Parcel Service (UPS). This method is typically faster than either USPS service, and allows you to track your package via phone or the web. In addition to the shipping and handling charges we collect from you at the time of order, UPS will collect from you at the time of delivery on a C.O.D. basis all duties imposed by Canada Border Services Agency and all applicable goods and services tax (GST) or harmonized sales tax (HST), and provincial sales tax (PST). Furthermore, please note that if you select UPS Standard to Canada, UPS will collect from you at the time of delivery on a C.O.D. basis an extra $10 charge for additional processing and handling charges (the rates we quote you for UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited already include that charge).
Shipping to Other International Destinations
In addition to the United States and Canada, we are currently able to ship orders to our customers in Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar, Singapore and the United Kingdom. Please note that all of our titles are NTSC formatted DVDs. Although many modern PAL format DVD players and television can properly play NTSC formatted DVDs, we cannot guarantee whether our DVDs will play in your DVD player or on your television. If you are a customer who does not live in North America, please carefully consider this before you purchase one of our DVD products.
However, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all applicable additional processing and handling charges, duties and taxes charged at the time of importation, which will either be assessed on a C.O.D. basis upon delivery to you, or if not paid when you receive your order, will be billed back to you using the same method of payment with which your original order was paid. In accordance with United States federal law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.
We do not know how much additional cost the taxes, duties and/or additional processing and handling charges will be when you have your order shipped to you internationally. teach2talk is not accountable for any of these taxes, duties or charges; they are your sole responsibility and acceptance of this is implied when you place an order with us.
For orders to Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar and the United Kingdom, we offer shipping by United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail International (which is very slow, and does not offer tracking, but is more economical), USPS Priority Mail International (which is slightly faster and offers limited tracking) and by United Parcel Service (UPS) (which is considerable faster and allows tracking, but is more expensive).
If you reside outside of one of those countries or require additional shipping options or help, please send us an email at orders@teach2talk.com or give us a call toll-free at (888) 6-TEACH2TALK (1-888-683-2242). We may be able to accommodate our order, at our sole election.
These shipping policies are subject to change without notice.
