Please read below for some important information for our customers who want to place orders for delivery prior to Christmas.
Our last shipment before Christmas will be at Noon Eastern (9:00 a.m. Pacific) on Thursday, December 22, 2011.
Also, in accordance with our normal policy, please note that orders generally ship the NEXT business day after being placed, although we will do our best to ship orders received prior to Noon Eastern time (9:00 a.m. Pacific) on a business day on that same business day (please note that we only ship on business days).
Accordingly, here are the deadlines to place orders so that the carrier will attempt delivery before Christmas for customers in the continental United States:*
- for orders shipped by Fedex Standard Overnight service: Noon Eastern (9:00 a.m. Pacific) on Thursday, December 22, 2011
- for orders shipped by Fedex 2Day service: Noon Eastern (9:00 a.m. Pacific) on Wednesday, December 21, 2011
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that orders shipped via Fedex Ground or any USPS shipping method (Parcel Post and Priority Mail) will arrive by Christmas. We believe that your best chance of having an order shipped by Fedex Ground or USPS Priority Mail or USPS First-Class Mail to arrive by Christmas is to place your order not later than the close of business on Wednesday, December 14, 2011.
* Please note that these times do not apply to customers outside of the continental United States or using an APO/FPO address. Please call us toll free at (888) 6-TEACH2TALK or email us at customerservice@teach2talk.com with questions regarding the expected delivery times for these orders).
Neither Fedex Ground service nor any USPS service we offer guarantees delivery by a date certain, although both Fedex USPS will be delivering to residential addresses on Saturday, December 24, 2011, which is Christmas Eve. Orders shipped by Fedex Ground and USPS Priority Mail or USPS First-Class Mail generally take between three and seven business days to arrive (and do not deliver on Sundays).
Please also note that our shipping department will be closed starting at Noon Eastern (9:00 a.m. Pacific) on Friday, December 23, 2011, and will not reopen until Monday, December 26, 2011. Although we will be open and shipping packages in the morning on Friday, December 23, 2011, we do not believe that any packages shipped that day will arrive prior to Christmas. Furthermore, our shipping department will be closed on Monday, January 2, 2012 (observation of New Year's Day).
Finally, we apologize in advance that we will not be able to offer refunds or partial credits to customers who choose expedited shipping but are dissatisfied because their order did not ship on the same business day on which it was placed, or which is shipped by us on the next business day after being placed, but does arrive in the time frame promised by the carrier due to a carrier error.
